PSSP participation in the IPB Science Techno Park Open House Expo
Tuesday, 27 September 2016 – Center for Primate Animal Studies (PSSP) LPPM-IPB participated in the IPB Science Techno Park (STP) Open House Expo. Not only the PSSP, several research institutions and community service (lppm) simultaneously enlivened the inauguration of IPB STP. IPB Science Techno Park is an innovation development area and integrated area used for the development and commercialization of innovative products and services in tropical agriculture, food and biosciences in Indonesia.
IPB Science Techno Park displays superior products that are ready to be commercialized to the public. One of the superior products is the inventpro recombinant reverse transcriptase enzyme, a contribution from PSSP LPPM-IPB through research conducted by Dr. Uus Saepuloh, S.Si., M.Biomed. In addition to products from PSSP LPPM-IPB, there are still many other superior products, including: IPB 3S rice seeds, calina papaya, analog rice, catulac feed, dairy cows, fastrex transporters on plantation and forestry, corn noodles, healthy sormeal cereal made from sorghum, sasumuzi, and a rapid bird flu test in the form of a test kit to quickly detect bird flu.
