Presentation of Prof. Koudy Williams and Dr. Renata Magalhaes at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine IPB

The IPB Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in collaboration with the Primate Animal Study Center held the “Guest Lecture on Regenerative Medicine” event which was invited as the speaker, Prof. Koudy J. Williams and Dr Renata Magalhaes, ObGyn from Wake Forest School of Medicine, on March 27, 2019.

The event was opened by Prof. Arif Budiono from FKH and continued by Drh Huda S Darusman, MSi, PhD head of the PSSP center.

The first presentation was delivered by Dr. Renata Magalhaes, ObGyn. In his presentation, Dr. Renata delivered various activities in the field of regenerative medicine that have been carried out at his institution, such as engineering tissue, biomaterials, genetic engineering, cloning, cell therapy etc. and how these activities have succeeded in helping patients need treatment with regenerative medicine.

Furthermore, Prof. Koudy J. Williams conveyed the results of his research and the journals he had written to convey the results of his research.

The audience consisting of FKH lecturers and students conducted a question and answer and discussion on the topics presented by the two speakers.
