OHS Training (Occupational Safety / K3)
OHS Training, 5 February 2016
OHS (Occupational Safety / OHS) training is routinely held by PSSP LPPM every 1 year. Training activities were held 2 (two) days after biosafety training activities. The benefits of this training are so that the personnel / employees at the PSSP understand and know the work safety procedures in the laboratory and work place within the PSSP. Safety of all parties is the responsibility of all laboratory users. However, many workers underestimate work risks, so they do not use safety devices even though they are available. The laboratory is a room that has considerable risk. There are many chemicals that are explosive, flammable, toxic, etc. In addition there are also easily broken objects and using electricity. Therefore, we must be very careful in using the laboratory.
