The tradition after Eid Al-Fitr is Halal Bihalal, where everyone, both family, friends and colleagues gather to ask and apologize to each other. The term Halal Bihalal comes from Arabic (halla or halal) but the halal bihalal tradition itself is a typical Indonesian tradition, not from the Middle East. It could even be when the meaning of this word is asked to the Arabs, they will be confused in answering it.
To preserve this good tradition on June 29, 2018, the Center for Primate Animal Studies of IPB held a Halal Bihalal which was attended by all employees, partners and even friends from various countries.
