Training in Primate Animal Health Management
Primate Animal Study Center, Bogor Agricultural Institute in collaboration with The Indonesian Laboratory Animal Veterinary Medical Association (ILAVMA)
will hold a training entitled “Training on Management of Primate Animal Health” on December 19-22 2011 at Jl. Lodaya II No. 5, Bogor.
The purpose of this training is to provide the basis / advancement of knowledge and skills in health management for primate animals.
This training consists of lectures and practicums. And divided into two categories, namely basic and advance class. Basic classes will get 10 topics
and practicum (without direct contact with animals). Advance class will get 5 additional material and practicum directly with animals.
Participants: for veterinarians who work with primate animals or in conservation or research institutions that use primate animals.
Veterinary students (minimum 7th semester) can participate. The maximum number of participants from both classes is 15 people from general participants and 4 from
veterinary students.
