
Signing of Cooperation Extension between PERUM PERHUTANI and Bogor Agricultural Institute
Bogor, 6 May 2015 – Located at the Primate Animal Study Center (PSSP) Office of LPPM-IPB, Head of the Tourism and Agribusiness Division, Ir. Hindro Priatno, MM together with the Head of IPB’s Research and Community Service Institute, DR. Ir. Prastowo, M.Eng has agreed to sign an extension of the Cooperation Charter between Perhutani’s Perum and Bogor Agricultural Institute in the field of captive primate (Macaca fascicularis) on Tinjil Island. The Head of LPPM IPB appointed and assigned the Head of the Primate Animal Study Center (PSSP) as the Implementer of Collaboration and Circulation of the Long-Tailed Monkey (Macaca fascicularis). This collaboration has lasted more than 25 years to conduct research, training, education and community service on Tinjil Island and its surroundings. Tinjil Island is a protected forest area, including the KPH Kerta work area, BKPH Malingping, Banten FMU.
