Seminar and Soft Launching of PoIPfu InventPro Polymerase Enzyme

Bogor, April 26, 2016. Located at IPB Science Park, Primate Animal Study Center (PSSP) of IPB LPPM in collaboration with PT Bogor Life Science and Technology (BLST) has held a seminar with the theme “Towards Biotechnology Independence with National Products”. This event also opened a soft launching of innovation products from IPB’s PSSPLPPM namely “PoIPfu InventPro Polymerase DNA Enzyme”. Dr. Uus Saepuloh as an innovator explained that the application of PolPfu enzymes in the PCR technique is mainly needed for the purpose of gene cloning, gene expression and site directed mutagenesis. The problem with this enzyme is that production is still done overseas so researchers and companies in Indonesia must buy it at a high enough price. It is hoped that the presence of domestically produced Polypfu DNA polymerization enzyme InventPro can reduce costs and improve Indonesia’s biotechnology independence. Inventpro has the advantages of High Fidelity & High Sensitivity.
