Bokoi hair is dark brown on the back while on the neck, shoulders and bottom are pale brown. Brown feet. The difference between bokoi and other types of beruk lies in the hair on the cheeks and crown. The biliary cheeks are darker than the other, the bokoi crown is brown, the hair on the forehead is longer. Bokoi has cheek pockets that are clearly visible. The back and hands are often used to carry food. Bokoi is diurnal, arboreal and terrestrial. More on the ground, occasionally in the lower canopy.
