Annual Program on Biological Conservation and Global Health

The IPB Primate Animal Study Center collaborates with the Center for Global Field Study and the Washington National Primate Research Center from Wahington University, USA.
will do “Field Course in Conservation Biology and Global Health” on Tinjil Island on 30 June – 21 July 2012.
The program provides an introduction to conservation biology disciplines, various related topics are also discussed, including primate and ecological animal behavior,
methods of field studies, management and conservation strategies, and interfaces of the human environment. This program consists of daily lectures, field training,
individual projects, and educational programs that reach the public.

Dr. Drh. Joko Pamungkas, MSc (IPB Primate Animal Study Center)
Dr. Entang Iskandar (Center for Primate Animal Studies of IPB), as well as other instructors from the Center for Primate Animal Studies at IPB.
