REPUBLIKA.CO.ID,BOGOR–The Primate fauna plays an important role for human health and wellbeing. Through these animals, researchers can perform diverse biomedical research trials such as drugs usage, chemicals, biological substance, and other materials, that ultimately will be used for the treatment of humans.
It is presented by Dr. Berry Juliandi, one of the speakers in the dialogue RRI, 93.75 FM RRI Bogor recently. More Berry explained, Other biomedical research can also be done on issues related to health and disease caused by infection, degeneration, and accidents.
Researchers can conduct research on transmission of bacteria and viruses to humans, stem cell transplant therapy to various organs, the effect of specific diets on human health, and so forth.
