Conservation Biology and Global Health on the island Tinjil
Pusat Studi Satwa Primata IPB in collaboration with the Center for Global Field Study and the Washington National Primate Research Center of the University of Wahington, United.
will perform "Field Course in Conservation Biology and Global Health" on the island Tinjil on 17 August – 7 September 2013.
The program provides an introduction to the discipline of conservation biology, various related topics are also discussed, including primate behavior and ecology,
field study methods, management and conservation strategies, and human environment interface. The program consists of daily lectures, field training,
individual projects, and education programs that reach out to the community.
